Practical Information for Your Stay at La Mandarine

To ensure a warm welcome and be fully available to you, I receive guests from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

Parking
A parking space is reserved for each room, suite, and gîte.
Please inform me in advance if you have a trailer, additional vehicle, etc.

For your safety, La Mandarine is equipped with video surveillance and an alarm system.
Taxes and Additional Fees
- Tourist tax: €0.75 per person, payable in cash on-site
- Extra bed: €30 per person
- Baby under 1 year: free
- Baby over 1 year: €10 per night
- Pets: only upon approval: €15 per night
Please keep them on a leash within the property and garden (not allowed on the pool deck) and clean up after them, even in the garden.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our dining room or on the terrace near our pool, enjoying the morning sun, depending on the weather, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Mindful of respecting our guests’ time, we serve breakfast whenever you wish, because that is the true luxury of a holiday!
A Gourmet Moment…
Our breakfast is homemade, made with fresh, mostly organic, locally sourced ingredients.
On the sweet side, the treats are abundant, just see for yourself: a variety of breads and morning pastries, brioche to enjoy with our homemade jams and farm butter.
Homemade cakes, which change with the seasons and my inspiration, complete the sweet selection.
On the menu you may find: Far Breton, financiers, gingerbread, rice pudding, cereals, homemade granola, and many other recipes…
On the savory side, I offer a selection of local cheeses from the farm or from the artisan cheesemonger and affineur. A selection of cooked and cured hams also completes this buffet.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, we will be happy to adapt our breakfast so that this moment remains gourmet and tailored to your needs. Please let us know when booking.

- Tanning product prohibited.
- It is advisable to take a shower before the big dive.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Important: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter, fax or e-mail addressed to the owner.
Cancellation before the start of the stay:
- if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the balance remains with the owner.
- if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the balance remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the price of the accommodation.
- if the client does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, the owner will dispose of the room. The balance remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.
In the event of an interruption of the stay, the sum corresponding to the total price of the stay remains fully acquired by the owner.
