Arrival/Departure
To welcome you in the best conditions and to be totally available for you, I receive you from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Rooms must be vacated by 11am.
Access to the swimming pool upon arrival
For your stays in July and August, we offer access to the garden and swimming pool from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival.

Thank you to keep them on a leash in the farmhouse and in the garden (prohibited on the pool beach) and to collect the excrement of your animal even in the garden.

Breakfast
Concerned about respecting the schedule of our customers, we serve breakfast when you wish, because that is the real luxury of the holidays!
In low and mid season
Sleep in! We will serve you until 11:30 a.m.
(on request the day before)
Breakfasts are served in our dining room or on the terrace near our swimming pool in the morning sun, depending on the weather from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Breakfast, a gourmet moment…
It’s a homemade breakfast, made up of fresh, most often organic and locally produced products.
On the sweet menu, there are many delicacies, see for yourself: various breads and pastries in the morning, brioche that you can savor with our homemade jams and farm butter.
The homemade cakes, which vary according to the seasons and my inspiration, complete the sweet proposal.
On the menu therefore: far breton, financier, gingerbread, rice pudding, cereals and homemade granola and many other recipes…
A healthy breakfast
Every morning to enjoy a small fresh fruit salad, a pressed juice or a very vitamin smoothie for a very Healthy breakfast.
On the salty side, I offer you a selection of local cheeses from the Farm or those from the cheese producer and refiner.
A white and dry ham also completes this buffet.
In case of food allergies or intolerances, we will be happy to adapt our breakfasts so that this moment remains gourmet and adapted to your constraints, do not hesitate to let us know when you make your reservation.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Important: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter, fax or e-mail addressed to the owner.
Cancellation before the start of the stay:
- if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the balance remains with the owner.
- if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the balance remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the price of the accommodation.
- if the client does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, the owner will dispose of the room. The balance remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.
In the event of an interruption of the stay, the sum corresponding to the total price of the stay remains fully acquired by the owner.
